Duplex Doppler ultrasound is for patients with suspected venous diseases such as varicose veins, thrombosis or chronic venous insufficiency. It is also recommended for lower extremity edema, leg pain or feelings of heaviness.
This test allows an accurate assessment of blood flow in the venous vessels and the detection of any abnormalities.
Course of the study
